David A. Dalton, Sr. - Retired, Former Circuit Court Judge
David A. Dalton, Sr. graduated from the St. Louis University School of Law and then entered into the private practice of law. He subsequently was elected for two terms as the Prosecuting Attorney for St. Charles County and then Circuit Judge where he served for twenty years. Judge Dalton again entered into the private practice of law and retired January 2002.
Judge Dalton was a former member of the American Bar Association, Missouri Bar Association, St. Charles County Bar Association, National District Attorneys Association, The American Judiciary Society and the National College of Probate Judges.
He also received the following awards: Who's Who In American Law, Outstanding Young Man of America and Lifetime Achievement Award. |

Dennis R. Chassaniol, II
Dennis R. Chassaniol, II is a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan. He has been a life long resident of St. Charles County. Mr. Chassaniol served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in St. Charles County from 1995 until 1998. Since 1998, Mr. Chassaniol has been in private practice in St. Charles County with practice emphasis of criminal defense, personal injury, family law, and estate planning.
Mr. Chassaniol served as a criminal law instructor at St. Charles County Community College.
Mr. Chassaniol currently serves as Municipal Judge for the City of Moline Acres and Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the municipality of O'Fallon, Missouri.
He is a member of the Missouri Bar, St. Charles County Bar Association, Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and Missouri Municipal and Associate Circuit Judges Association. |

Douglas G. Bellon
Douglas G. Bellon is a graduate of the University of Missouri School of Law in Columbia, Missouri. Mr. Bellon serves as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in St. Charles County from 1994 until 1998. After leaving the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney, Mr. Bellon has been in private practice in St. Charles County with a practice emphasis of family law, criminal defense and personal injury. Mr. Bellon is also the representative on Young Lawyers Section Counsel to the Missouri Bar for the counties of St. Charles, Warren, Franklin, and Gasconade.

Kathryn Borrok Borzillo
Kathryn Borrok Borzillo was born October 11, 1974, in Kirksville, Missouri. She graduated Suma Cum Laude from Maryville University in St. Louis with a B.A. in English and a minor in Intercultural Studies. Ms. Borzillo graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2000, and has since practiced primarily in the area of family law. She is also a trained divorce mediator. Ms. Borzillo joined Dalton, Chassaniol & Bellon in August of 2002, and is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the St. Charles County Bar Association. |
